What does Organize PDF do?
Organize PDF reorders pages inside one PDF and exports the document in the new sequence. You can drag thumbnails, restore original order, reverse order, or type a custom page order. Page appearance and all source pages are kept. Bookmark order and document-level navigation tied to the original order may not follow the new sequence. A custom order must contain every page exactly once.
How to use Organize PDF
- 1Choose one PDF
Open Organize PDF and select a single PDF. Unlock protected files first. One PDF is accepted per task.
- 2Set the new sequence
Use thumbnail drag order, original order, reverse order, or a custom page order. A custom list must contain every page exactly once.
- 3Export the rearranged file
All source pages are written in the new sequence. Page appearance is preserved; only the order changes.
- 4Check navigation
Download and flip through the file. Bookmarks that still point at old positions may be wrong even though every page is present.

When not to use this tool
Do not use Organize PDF to remove pages or to merge several files. It will not rotate page content into a new layout; rotation is a separate tool. It also cannot invent missing pages.
If processing fails
A custom order that skips, repeats or invents a page number is rejected. Encrypted files must be unlocked first. If thumbnails fail to render, the file may be damaged — try Repair PDF.
Privacy boundary
The PDF is reordered in this browser. The new sequence exists in memory until you download it or close the page. Contents are not sent to a PDF Smart Kit application server.
