What does Merge PDF do?
Merge PDF combines up to 30 PDF files in this browser into one document. You choose the file order, can sort by name, rotate files, and remove items from the queue. Page appearance is kept. Document-level bookmarks, cross-document links and unsupported interactive features may not survive. Encrypted or damaged files must be unlocked or repaired first. The total size limit is 250 MB.
How to use Merge PDF

Open Merge PDF and choose or drop PDFs from this device. You can add up to 30 files, totaling 250 MB. Password-protected or damaged files must be handled first.
- 2Arrange the queue
Drag files into the output order, sort by file name, rotate a file, or remove it. Thumbnails help you confirm the first page of each source.
- 3Merge locally
Start the merge. Pages are copied in the chosen order with any per-file rotation applied. The work stays in this browser for the active task.
- 4Download the combined PDF
Open the result and check page sequence, rotation and any forms or links you still need. Keep the original files if bookmarks or cross-document links matter.

Document-level bookmarks, links that pointed into another source file, and unsupported interactive features may be dropped when files are rewritten into one PDF.
When not to use this tool
Do not use Merge PDF to join encrypted files you cannot unlock, to preserve a bookmark tree across many sources, or to combine more than 30 files / 250 MB in one run. Split, extract or compress first if the set is too large.
If processing fails
Protected files are skipped until you unlock them. Damaged files should go through Repair PDF. If the browser runs out of memory, remove files, merge in smaller batches, then merge those results. An empty queue cannot be processed.
Privacy boundary
Selected PDFs are read in this browser for the merge. PDF Smart Kit does not send the document contents to an application server. Close the page to clear the queue from memory.
